Wilder Training Club
On Sunday, 25 January, we returned to our regular WILDER Training Club session at Benjakitti Park, starting at 6:45am.
Early start, cool morning, and a solid group ready to work. A mix of regulars and new faces moved through a focused HIIT session as the park slowly filled around us.
As always, the crew stayed hydrated with WILDER PERFORMANCE HYDRATION, supporting performance and recovery throughout the session.
Consistent work. Strong community.
