Wilder Training Club
The final WILDER Training Club session of May brought another strong turnout to Benjakitti Park, Bangkok.
This week, the crew gathered at the smaller amphitheater, where the tighter space made for a more connected and focused session. The workout combined conditioning, movement, and core work, keeping everyone moving through a warm Sunday morning.
As always, the session was supported by WILDER Performance Hydration, helping participants stay hydrated before, during, and after training in Bangkok's heat and humidity.
Thank you to everyone who joined us throughout May. We look forward to carrying that momentum into June with more Sunday sessions, more movement, and more time spent training together in the park.
