We currently ship to all provinces within Thailand. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Express shipping (if applicable): 1-2 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional costs for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide a photo of the damaged items and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
