Sunday, the 22nd, and you know what that means — another early start and another sweaty session with the WILDER Training Club crew at the park.

This time, the WTC trainers served up a seriously spicy workout packed with burpees and lunges that had everyone feeling the burn. But no surprises here — the crew showed up strong and smashed it like it was just another walk in the park. 💥💪
