Sweat First, Chill After — WILDER Sundays Done Right!

This past Sunday, we took our usual HIIT session to the next level — and not just with the workout. After crushing another sweat-filled morning at Benjakitti Park, the WILDER Training Club crew rolled out to Good Roots for some well-earned post-session vibes. 🌿💪

The workout was all grit and grind — high-energy, full-body, and packed with that signature WILDER spirit. But what made the day extra special? The hangout afterward. We gathered at Good Roots, kicked back, and caught up over a few refreshing drinks and tasty bites. From fitness talk to life updates, it was the perfect way to connect outside of the session and celebrate the community we’re building together.

These moments — sweating together, then laughing together — are what make WILDER more than just a workout.
